Before Unwynd, I was a film editor.
16-hour days, telling other people’s stories;
while quietly losing track of my own.

I didn’t realise how far I’d drifted
until the noise finally stopped.
What I needed wasn’t just a break.
It was space. Stillness. Something real.

Unwynd came from that moment.

Not a business plan.
Not a five-year strategy.
Just a response.

This is for that version of you.

And that’s okay.

We didn’t build Unwynd because we read a research paper.

We built it because we sat by a fire one night, felt a quiet we hadn’t felt in years - and realised our shoulders had finally dropped.

That moment?

Science later confirmed it.
