Four set-menu meals (lunch, high tea, dinner, breakfast), your cabin with all the trimmings (private hot tub, kitchenette, bathroom, fenced lawn), plus all the wild things around — forest, farm, trails, campfires.
⏰ What are the check-in/check-out times?
Arrive at 1 p.m. for lunch.
Cabin check-in opens at 2 p.m.
Check-out is 11 a.m. sharp (with 30 mins wiggle room).
Need longer? We do late check-out at an additional fee (max 2 hours).
🥘 How does food work here?
No menus, no buffets. After you book, we send you a Food Vibe Form — you tell us your likes/dislikes, we curate every meal for you.
If it’s an absolute emergency, we’ll share one of our backend hotspots at the restaurant. Otherwise, switch off — and stay switched off.

🧒 What about kids?
We’re not a resort with mascots and “activities desks.”
But if your kid likes real fun:

– And yes, even some board games waiting in the cabin for a rainy afternoon
– If they need screens to be happy, they might sulk.

We also have a seasonal Slow Burn menu if you don’t feel like cooking.
🐶 Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely. We love hosting them.
Rs1500 per pet for the stay, plus a Rs 3000 refundable deposit.
Complimentary meals: boiled chicken, rice, scrambled eggs.
Cabins are fenced — let them run free inside, leash up in common areas.
Just one thing: clean up after them. Respect the land, keep it fresh
🍷 Can I bring my own drinks?
BYOB — absolutely yes.
Crack open a beer, sip wine in the tub, no problem.
Just not in common areas or the restaurant (we don’t sell alcohol here). Keep it to your cabin and lawn, and you’re golden.
🐾 Will I see wildlife?
Most likely, yes — butterflies, fireflies, birds you don’t hear back home, maybe even a curious visitor at the forest edge.
We are in the wild, so doors/windows must stay shut, and keep a torch handy when you walk at night.
It’s nature doing its thing — respect it, give it space, and you’ll go home with better stories.
🌧 What about bad weather?
Storms happen. Heavy rains too.
In extreme weather, solar heating or certain services might be slower — but our team is always around, making sure you’re comfortable. It’s part of the wilderness deal.
👤 Can I come solo?
Please do. Lots of solo travellers unwind here.
It’s quiet, safe, and perfect for a reset. We live on the property too — close enough if you need us, far enough for you to still feel alone with the trees.
🚗 How are the roads?
Surprisingly good.
From Mumbai: take the Kamshet route. About 3.5 hours.
From Pune: just type Unwynd at Shillim into Maps. About 1.5 hours.
🧾 What’s the cancellation/reschedule policy?
We don’t do cancellations.
But if life throws you a curveball: reschedule up to 10 days before check-in, and pick any new dates within the next 3 months (subject to availability). Chill.
